Welcome! I am launching this site with some specific goals in mind but also with a desire to remain flexible and see where the natural flow of the music I most love leads us---namely: flamenco, tango and latin jazz.

I will present useful and frequently updated information about flamenco, tango and latin music in general; information that can be used by educators and as reference material for all who seek it. Presenting educational programs in schools, universities and libraries is important to me and a large part of my mission.

As a means to further my career---I am a performer above all---I seek to offer a user-friendly vehicle so as to increase work opportunities as well as to upgrade the quality of my work and venues. The media kit, and recordings contained here are all presented with that goal in mind.

I am eager to maintain contact with “mi gente,” or “fan base.” People like to know when and where an artist is performing so they can come out and see him. I am deeply grateful to all those friends who support my work. They are truly an artist’s strength. I will keep my performance calendar current and write frequent updates about activities in which I am involved or just interested. Also, I will make my recorded music available to all who wish to hear it.

I will use this site to enhance my teaching of the flamenco guitar. I do a significant amount of teaching and find it rewarding and stimulating. Several of my students are becoming fine flamenco players. I will include reference material for them as well as class updates.

Finally, I will maintain a blog in which ideas about flamenco, tango and the arts may be explored. My wish is that people visit this site frequently, find it engaging, informative and fun. This last feature is new to me and I am excited to see where it will lead. I promise to remain open to you--- the visitor/aficionado, music lover, potential buyer---as well as to your ideas and suggestions.
